RETURNS & EXCHANCES

If you want to change a product or size, we will do it free of charge in Sweden.

If you want to change a size or model please contact us at: shop@alberville.com with you order number and let us know which model or size you want to change to.

We are not responsible for any customs duties on shipped/returned orders that go to countries other than Sweden.

 

Pack your order in the original shipping box and fill in the return label that came with the shoe.

Return costs are 100 SEK to return a package in Sweden. 
Countries besides Sweden pay their own returns. 
For all return please contact us at: shop@alberville.com with your order number.

Then we will make a return slip and send to you by email. Put the return label on the original shipping box and leave at your nearest Post Nord representative.

Once we have received your return safe and sound, your refund will be credited to the same payment method from which the order was originally paid, deducted the return cost of 100 SEK.

 

Items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the return information label.

Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag and seal still attached.

All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them.

 

Shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product.
Please make sure to return the shoes and shoe box inside a solid carton box to not damage the original packaging.

 

We handle returns and exchanges during business hours 9am - 5pm.
